Hotel reservation

Two options are avaliable:

  • Call Center. Please contact the Call Center of Hotel Barcelo. To take adventage of the Hotel's Spetial Rates, please mention the name of the event (Quitel 2011).


Accompanying Persons
There is no registration fee for accompanying persons. Tickets for any specific social event in which accompanying persons wish to take part may be purchased through the associated participant's registration procedure.

Confirmation & Acknowledgements
If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 14 days after any transaction, please contact on +52 473 7320006 Ext 1433 or via email.

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation must be made by writing to the organizers. Cancellations are not longer eligible for a refund, but registrations may be transferred. Any cancellation charge imposed by accommodation providers will be paid by the participant.

Insurance
Participants should ensure they have sufficient personal insurance to cover any medical expenses, damage or loss of personal effects. The Congress Committee will not accept liability for personal injury or loss or damage to property belonging to participants during the Congress or any affiliated event.
