Abstract Submission

The Quitel 2011 Organizing Committee invites the submission of abstracts for Plenary and Invited lectures, and poster communications. Presenting authors must be registered at the Congress. All abstracts must be submitted online via e-mail to quitel.2011@gmail.com.

Please note that an accepted presentation cannot be included in the Final Program unless it is accompanied by a completed Registration Form with the appropriate payment of the presenting author.

Rules
  • Submission of abstracts available until 15th October, 2011. Abstracts submitted after this date cannot be considered.

  • The Organizing Committee will notify authors of acceptance/rejection of each contribution before 30th October, 2011. Instructions for poster presentations will be provided soon.

  • Once you have prepared your abstract, you must send it as .doc file.

  • Maximum Word file size 1 MB, and language may be in English or any Latin language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, etc). The text in the abstract should be single-spaced.
